Mr Goyder has over 40 years’ experience in the resources industry. Tim is a Perth-based mining executive and investor with a strong track record of successful investment and value creation in the Australian resources sector. He has a thorough understanding of Australian and global equity markets, having raised significant capital on the ASX throughout his career.

Tim has been involved in the formation and management of a number of publicly listed companies and is currently Chairman of Minerals 260 Limited and DevEx Resources Limited. He is also the recipient of the GJ Stokes Award (2022), recognising his exceptional lifelong contribution to the mining industry through leadership and innovation.

Tony has over 30 years of experience in the minerals industry including senior roles in Operations, Strategy and Planning, Business Development and Business Transformation for BHP and Rio Tinto.

He has led teams operating across Australia, the Americas, Asia, Europe, and Africa.  Tony holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.

Jennifer Morris is an accomplished corporate executive and non-executive director, with key experience in advising corporations and government entities on strategy development, governance controls, complex large-scale business transformation, human capital related work, the embedding of ESG (environment, social and governance) related policies and the understanding of high-performance environments learned during her varied career including elite sport.

She is a former partner of global professional services firm Deloitte where her career spanned more than 10 years working across the mining, government and transport sectors. She was also previously a Senior Marketing Analyst for Rio Tinto Iron Ore. Jennifer is a non-executive director of a number of public and private listed companies, including ASX-listed copper producer Sandfire Resources Ltd (ASX:SFR), natural resources investment bank and stockbroking firm Argonaut and recently of iron ore producer Fortescue Metals Group Ltd (ASX:FMG).

Shane is a highly respected mining engineer and senior manager in the resource sector with over 25 years’ experience. He has a strong track record in starting up and operating mines of varying scale, with a skillset that includes project management, building highly capable teams and overseeing operational ramp-up to steady-state production.

Shane also gained extensive experience in senior operational site management, predominantly in gold and base metal hard rock mines, prior to founding Entech in 2010.

He has since been involved in a diverse range of projects, both national and international, over a broad range of commodities, providing services including mining due diligence assessments, mining scoping studies, mining pre-feasibility and definitive feasibility studies.

Adrienne is a highly respected lawyer and Non-Executive Director with over 25 years’ experience in the infrastructure, energy and resources sectors.

Adrienne has extensive legal and commercial expertise and skills in business planning and strategy, risk management, leadership and building high performing teams, corporate governance and sustainability. She is a former partner of national and global law firms where she specialised in procurement and delivery of large construction, engineering, energy and mining projects across a number of jurisdictions worldwide. Adrienne has also held leadership roles in various not-for-profit organisations, including chairing the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia’s and the Law Society of WA’s Construction and Infrastructure Law Committee and NAWIC’s WA Chapter.

Adrienne is currently a Non-Executive Director of Fleetwood Limited (ASX:FWD), Resolute Mining Limited (ASX:RSG) and NRW Holdings Limited (ASX:NWH).

Clint is an experienced Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary and has been involved with several listed companies operating in the resources sector, including Berkeley Energia Limited, and Sovereign Metals Limited.  

Clint is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia (Chartered Secretary), and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Grant joined Liontown as Chief Commercial Officer in November 2022 and established the company’s commercial function. He leads sales and marketing, business development, procurement, exploration and legal.

Grant brings over 20 years’ experience in the sector and spent over a decade at Rio Tinto across finance and commercial roles, most latterly as Commercial General Manager for Battery and Industrial Minerals in Singapore. Before entering the resources sector, Grant practised corporate law in London.

Grant holds an MBA (with Distinction) from London Business School, an honours degree in law from the University of Glasgow and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
